Postpartum Doula Support
Birth is a strenuous and transformative event. You need to recover, learn to adapt and care for one (or more!) new little human(s), while continuing taking care of the house and siblings and pets if any. Of course you need support!
As a postpartum doula, I’m here to support you and your family during the first 3 months of life of your newborn(s). During this time of recovery, discovery and adjustments, I will provide emotional, physical and educational support so you can have a transition as smooth, peaceful and happy as possible.
Service is tailored to your needs and can include:
Emotional support
Guidance on physical recovery after birth
Baby care education and support
Parenting information
Breastfeeding or bottle feeding support
Preparing simple, nutritious meals
Maintaining simple housework
Watching baby(ies) and/or older children so you can rest
Errands
Overnight care
My basic package includes 1 prenatal visit and 20h of support.
Additional hours can be purchased at $40/hour, for daytime and overnight shifts.
